Good Health is like a gift that we don't fully appreciate.

We take the miracle of good health for granted until we lose it. Let me ask you a question: - "Are you currently at your ideal energy levels, weight levels, or, health levels?" If your answered "No" or "Maybe" then read on because we may have something for you.

I am sure that we all know someone (probably more than one) who:-

  • works 12-14 hours a day,
  • six days a week,
  • commutes for two hours,
  • skips meals and grabs a quick snack because they are so busy,
  • has a couple of drinks to unwind and relax when they get home,
  • and,
  • then does it all again the next day on about 4-6 hours sleep each night.

You know, the strange thing is that these people think it's normal and what we are supposed to do. They then wonder why they are not in good health.

In the world today we have major problems with a lack of good health, Diabetes, Chronic Fatigue, Heart Ailments, weight problems, and an ageing population who are frail and unable to look after themselves. What steps are we taking to cure or lessen the effects of these threats?

As the population of the world increased we did not recognise the need to change the way we used to produce our food, we just carried on doing it the same way.

Because the food grew too slowly for the increasing numbers, people took the easy option by developing chemicals to make the plants grow quicker and bigger than it had before.

We did NOT stop and check what the forced growth did to the quality of the food, in many cases this increase was paid for by the reduction in nutritional value.

This reduction in nutrition together with our changed lifestyles, has in my opinion led to the increased susceptibility of ourselves to illnesses and a reduction of our body's immune systems that had developed over centuries to protect us.

Way back in the dark ages every tribe and village had a healer. These healers were treated with reverence and respect. Their secrets were passed on from one healer to another, as a result of which they inceased their knowledge. Their job was to ensure that the tribe enjoyed good health, they did not suffer from chronic fatigue, heart problems did not exsist nor did they have weight problems.

As the modern medical practice developed, the old healers were banished and their centuries of knowledge lost. Just think what we could do with their knowledge now?

One country did not banish their healers of old but they continued to try and learn from them. In China the old practices and the knowledge of centuries still survives. The knowledge that they have accummulated over the ages has a considerable value today.

At last, man has found a way to marry this ancient wisdom of Centuries with the modern technology of packaging vitamins and dietary supplements. These new products are producing outstanding results.
