Every day our bodies need: -

  • protein,

If we compare our bodies to a classy high performance car that we own and are passionate about. We would take great care with the fuel and oils we used in it, take pride in the way it performed, plus keep it polished and tuned. However, if we damaged the car we could replace it.

Our bodies, on the other hand, are the only one we are going to get, if we damage it we have to fix it. If we do not watch the fuel(food) that we use to get it going, or we do not keep it polished and tuned, we don’t seem to care if it works for us or not. Why do we not look after our bodies as we would for something we can replace, a toy?
